Apple is seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead the teams responsible for building online experimentation systems for internal use.

Requirements

• 10+ years of building large scale server backend and data systems
• Experience with shipping online Experimentation systems
• 5+ years of managing managers and managing through organizational change and growth
• Experience leading strategic technical projects with multiple stakeholders
• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow teams working on online experimentation platforms
• Develop and execute the platform roadmap in collaboration with senior leaders
• Attract and develop talent, fostering innovation and collaboration
• Drive engineering quality for the platform
