Product Manager, Content Platforms

Job Description

AppleCare Digital is looking for a Product Manager to manage content management products and services that enable Apple content creators to deliver support experiences through digital channels.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years and a Master's degree
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum software development projects in a cross-functional environment
• Proven experience with diverse CMS architectures, product management, design thinking methodologies, Agile software development, and team leadership
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience diagnosing and debugging complex systems

Responsibilities

• Identify new enhancement opportunities and define business and technical requirements
• Partner with software engineering teams to develop, test, and execute plans
• Lead design and development efforts by conveying a vision to the team
• Perform traditional Product Owner responsibilities in a Scrum team
• Establish strong working relationships with engineering teams, designers, and business partners
