Job Description

Apple is seeking a SAP support & upgrade lead to drive operational excellence and manage annual SAP upgrades.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP functional/implementation experience
• Expertise in one of the SAP modules like SD, MM, and FI
• Experience in managing and implementing multiple cycles of upgrades
• Strong aptitude to troubleshoot production support issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in partnering with vendor teams both onsite and offshore
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage relationships with various business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Handling support delivery in a SAP functional area including leading a vendor team
• Driving SLA metrics and establishing relationships with business partners
• Driving system/process initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
• Identifying trends for issues and implementing solutions by performing root cause analysis
• Planning, monitoring, driving efficiency, and control of SAP upgrades
