Debug Tools Engineer

Job Description

As part of the Silicon Validation team, you will focus on the development/co-development of Silicon Debug Tools for Apple's Mobile SOCs, with a strong emphasis on improving debug flow and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience
• Experience in Pre-Silicon and Emulation verification/validation
• Knowledgeable in hardware architectures - SOCs, CPU, GPU, fabrics
• Experience with Silicon Validation Testing and Debug
• Scripting experience in hardware debug tools and flows
• Proficiency in Verilog and SystemVerilog
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Perl, Python, Tcl, bash
• Working knowledge of hardware debug technologies (e.g., JTAG)
• Effective communication skills
