Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce implementations and/or multi-country digital transformation projects for Experience Cloud/Partner Portal
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform functionality and Experience Cloud
• Experience in SDLC project management and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Certifications: Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator

Responsibilities

• Understand the strategy and changing needs of the business
• Recommend and develop solutions beyond business partner requests
• Set measurable success criteria and track results
• Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology
• Support key business processes promoting Partner Portal application
• Manage Salesforce application enhancements and configurations
• Design and implement reports, dashboards, and alerts
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare the business for change and adoption
