Project Manager

Job Description

As a Program Manager within the Partner Ecosystems team at Apple, you will lead partner enablement and onboarding efforts for Device Enrollment, contributing to partner integration projects and implementing Apple's partner integration platform.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree plus 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Technical understanding of enterprise software and integration technologies
• Project management experience with a focus on enterprise tools or systems
• Experience in B2B API Integration, sales/relationship management, sales operations, or business process re-engineering
• Experience with Mac OS, productivity applications, subscription services, and technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Manage channel partners through the integration process
• Collaborate with regional sales team to manage expectations and establish timelines
• Educate channel partner project teams on business, technical, accounting, and legal requirements
• Conduct onsite workshops with partners to implement programs
• Provide consultation on system & process design for efficiency and customer experience improvement
• Interface between partner technical teams and Apple IS&T teams
• Drive internal schedule with cross-functional partners
• Provide project management support and guidance to partners
• Communicate project status updates and resolve issues
• Collaborate with worldwide team on process improvement
