Job Description

Join Apple's Information Intelligence Infrastructure team to work on groundbreaking technology for search, natural language processing, AI, and machine learning, powering various Apple products and services.

Requirements

• Strong background in computer science: algorithms, data structures, and system design
• 10+ years of experience in large scale distributed system design, operation, and optimization
• Proficient in building and maintaining systems written in modern languages (e.g. Golang, Python)
• Experience in building and running search infrastructure at web scale
• Experience with LLM-based technologies like Retrieval Augmented Generation

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure to support features for billions of Apple users
• Process billions of requests daily across search and foundation model platform
• Take end-to-end ownership of services from conception to maintenance
• Work on optimizing language and vision models using cutting-edge technologies
• Collaborate with teams to build production grade solutions for millions of customers
