AppleCare BPR Manager, AppleCare Supply Chain & Logistics Portfolio

Job Description

Apple is seeking an AppleCare BPR Manager to lead all aspects of the AppleCare Supply Chain & Logistics Portfolio by overseeing business process re-engineering projects and program managers.

Requirements

• 4 years leading and developing teams.
• 6 years leading medium to large-size, global cross-functional projects.
• Experience leading technical project managers and program managers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with systems implementations (e.g., SAP, CRM, O9, and reporting & analytics).
• Proficient knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading AppleCare Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) project and program managers.
• Project prioritization, technological solutions, and architectural decisions.
• Resource planning, communications, project governance, risk management, change management, and readiness.
• Communication and strategic collaboration with AppleCare business groups, IT organizations, and teams across Apple.
• Managing project prioritization and allocating personnel to projects.
• Supervising projects to ensure consistent and predictable delivery.
• Developing positive relationships with key partners.
• Identifying and consulting on business process re-engineering opportunities.
• Proposing and implementing strategic AppleCare BPR organizational initiatives.
