Machine Learning Engineer, OS Intelligence

Job Description

The OS Intelligence team at Apple is seeking extraordinary candidates to design Deep Learning architectures and implement industry-leading Machine Learning algorithms for Apple products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong programming background and understanding of operating system components
• Familiarity with statistics, data analysis, or machine learning
• Professional and collaborative with outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Track record leading software projects from inception through delivery

Responsibilities

• Innovate and prototype novel intelligent experiences using recent advances in LLMs and sequence-to-sequence models
• Build scalable infrastructure for running experiments and monitoring models
• Analyze and present performance data for OS features
• Write elegant code in Objective-C or Swift, test, debug, and productize it
• Consult with other teams to drive adoption of new APIs
