Project Manager, Digital Commerce

Job Description

Apple is looking for a Project Manager to lead diverse and complex projects in the e-Commerce or Contact Center landscape, focusing on delivering new features and capabilities for the Retail Online organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in product, project, or program management
• Experience with Contact Center and/or e-Commerce systems and technologies
• Ability to influence at all levels of an organization
• BA/BS degree in a technical field or 7+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end implementation of multiple small-to-mid scale regional and/or global eCommerce initiatives
• Lead all phases of projects including project scope definition, resource forecasting, process mapping, documentation, testing, and project cutover/go-live's
• Communicate effectively and transparently across teams and drive discussions when needed
• Build relationships with partner teams, offer technical suggestions, and collaborate with business and technology teams
• Strive for operational excellence by following Apple's standard methodologies for Project Management
