Worldwide Product Configuration Management (WPCM) Change Analyst

Job Description

The WPCM Change Analyst collaborates with multi-functional teams to ensure production readiness for Apple and Beats hardware products, focusing on PLM change analysis, configuration management, and general product administrative support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years relevant proven Change Management experience
• AA degree in technical field
• Experience with PLM Tools

Responsibilities

• Manage project plan related to documentation release landmarks
• Receive and audit Bill of Materials structure
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to define top-level SKUs
• Participate in and lead multi-functional meetings
• Develop and maintain processes, policies, and tools
• Provide ongoing training to cross-functional teams
• Occasionally provide off-hours support
