CAD Gate-level 3DIC EM/IR Engineer

Job Description

Join Apple as a key member of the CAD Group to develop custom EM/IR solutions for innovative designs.

Requirements

• Experience in EDA Tool, CAD flow or methodology relevant to EM/IR
• Experience in at least one of Tcl, Python or Perl scripting languages
• Experience in EM/IR analysis - extraction, timing, noise, simulation, physical design and verification
• Minimum requirement of BS and 3+ years of relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Development of custom EM/IR solutions which scale with accuracy and capacity challenges
• Streamline and automate EM/IR flow with ownership of the entire flow
• Support and collaborate with design groups on their EM/IR requirements for various post layout flows
• Work with EDA vendors and foundries for tool qualification, debug and enhancement
