Job Description

Join Apple's Core Network Services Operations team to maintain and operate a cutting-edge global network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of network operations experience in a large scale enterprise or service provider environment
• Solid grasp of TCP/IP, BGP and various IGP protocols
• Experience working in large scale network environments with ITIL Incident, Problem, or Change Management processes
• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Work on tickets and break fixes
• Mentor junior team members
• Develop network automation playbooks
• Maintain and upgrade existing networks to current standards
• Coordinate peering expansions
• Contribute to technical and procedural documentation
