The GPU Silicon Characterization Team at Apple is seeking a skilled individual to optimize power and performance settings for embedded GPUs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience
• Experience with device physics, transistor behavior, and power optimization
• Experience debugging hardware and software in embedded systems
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or TCL/expect

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive improvements in silicon-based characterization methodology
• Design, execute, and communicate plans for characterization work
• Lead failure triage and debug underlying issues
• Develop and maintain automation tools
