SerDes Circuit Design Engineer

Job Description

The role involves actively working within Analog-Mixed/Signal design team at Apple, collaborating with various disciplines to deliver high-quality IPs for Apple's products.

Requirements

• BSEE with 10+ years of proven experience
• Solid understanding and experience of designing analog mixed signal circuit blocks
• Experience with high speed digital circuits and CDR architectures
• Knowledge of common high-speed SerDes protocols

Responsibilities

• Ownership of AMS circuits used in SerDes PHY
• Working with multi-functional teams to define requirements/specs
• Driving mask design and layout implementation
• Generation/QA of various IP Kit views/files for release
• Defining production/bench-level test plans
• Conducting design reviews of blocks with peers/management
