Audio Automation Engineer

Job Description

Join Apple's Audio Media Technologies Group (AMT) as an engineer in the Test Automation team. Develop automated solutions to support and enhance quality initiatives for audio drivers, firmware, and audio subsystems.

Requirements

• Strong coding skills in C/C++, Objective C/Swift, and Python
• 5+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining automated regression tests
• Experience with real-time audio handling and a foundational understanding of electronics and audio technology
• BS or MS in CS, EE, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain automated tests against hardware
• Analyze test results and provide clear bug reports
• Develop high-quality audio test and automation frameworks
• Mentor team members and evangelize best practices
