SRAM Circuit Design Engineer

Requirements

• BS and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience within a SoC design cycle
• Knowledge of Cache design/architecture and memory hierarchy
• Working knowledge of RTL modeling
• Solid understanding of industry-standard design tools
• Deep understanding of nanometer device physics and leakage mechanisms
• Ability to devise experiments and analyze data for silicon debug

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom digital circuits for SRAM design
• Formulate design specifications with the logic/architecture team
• Optimize architecture/topologies for power, timing, area, and yield
• Perform schematic capture, simulations/analysis, and margin verifications
• Conduct functional equivalency and DFT modeling
• Collaborate with the layout team to create optimal GDS
• Verify extracted GDS meets design specifications
• Support post-silicon effort to enable productization
