Job Description

Join Apple's system engineering team to work on modem systems features and requirements for innovative wireless communication E2E features for 4G/5G and proprietary air interfaces.

Requirements

BS in relevant field with 10+ years of industry experience
In-depth knowledge of wireless communication systems, communication system theory, and signal processing
Experience with Matlab, C/C++, and/or Python for algorithm development
Knowledge of cellular communication standards: 5GNR, 4G LTE
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Design and simulate wireless communication E2E features
Collaborate with digital designers and firmware developers
Realize control and signal processing algorithms
Work on modem chipset design and bring-up
Understand NR/LTE key RRC signaling flows
