Requirements

• BS in relevant field with 3+ years of industry experience
• RF/analog and mixed signal design experience in RF CMOS design

Responsibilities

• Design analog and/or RFIC blocks
• Oversee layout and design verification for successful tape-out
• Oversee test and characterization, debugging early development issues
• Collaborate with system and technology teams for optimal performance
