Construction Project Manager

Job Description

The Construction Project Manager role at Apple involves project initiation, budgeting, scheduling, logistics planning, and managing construction projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction as a project manager
• Engineering or Construction Management degree
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently
• Strong background in commercial construction including mechanical, electrical, process piping, plumbing building systems, tenant improvements, site work, and ground-up construction

Responsibilities

• Budget analysis, value engineering, and obtaining internal approvals for capital funding
• Utilization of Apple design guidelines and providing guidance to the design team
• Partnering with internal engineering groups, operations, and business units to determine project requirements
• Engagement of design professionals such as architects, engineers, and specialty consultants
• Reviewing lease terms and collaborating with Leasing Manager for necessary approvals
