Requirements

• BS and 3 + years of relevant industry experience
• Proven experience in RF system specifications, developments, and validations
• Working knowledge of RFIC architecture, design concepts, and techniques
• Hands-on experience with RFIC System validation methods and test equipment
• Strong working knowledge of MATLAB, SimuLink, SystemVue, or ADS

Responsibilities

• Develop complete RF specifications for silicon and module-level designs
• Develop innovative RF architectures for best-in-class performance
• Introduce RF system features with digitally enhanced innovations
• Produce RF line-up specifications in collaboration with the RFIC design team
• Develop infrastructure for system-level simulation and verification
• Validate silicon to meet RF system specifications and full system performance
• Support the delivery of new wireless technologies to Product Systems teams
