Analog Layout Engineer

Job Description

The team at Apple is looking for a self-motivating engineer to join as an Analog Layout Designer. This role involves designing complex layouts for mixed signal and analog circuits using cutting-edge technology nodes.

Requirements

• BS degree in technical discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Full understanding of analog layout fundamentals, electromigration, IR drop, parasitics, etc.
• Independently deliver layout designs from initial floor planning to fully verified layout
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design complex layout for mixed signal and analog circuits
• Review and analyze floorplans and complex circuits with circuit designers
• Run physical design verification tools
• Work with circuit and layout design teams to plan/schedule work
