RF Systems Engineer

Requirements

• BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Proven experience in RF system specifications, developments, and validations
• Solid understanding of RFIC architecture, design concepts, and techniques
• Hands-on experience with RFIC system validation methods and test equipment

Responsibilities

• Develop complete RF specifications governing silicon and module-level designs
• Develop innovative RF architectures to achieve outstanding performance, power, and area
• Introduce RF system features with digitally enhanced innovations
• Produce RF line-up specifications in collaboration with the RFIC design team
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for system-level simulation and verification
• Validate silicon to meet RF system specifications for full system performance
• Support the delivery of new wireless technologies to Product Systems teams
