Requirements

• Enrolled through December of 2027 or later in at least one class at a university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Quiet home workspace, ergonomic chair, desk
• Hard-wired internet connection with specific speed requirements
• Available for five weeks of full-time paid training and post-training work schedule
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training
• 2.7 GPA

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, providing step-by-step solutions with patience and tailored approach
• Fix technical issues while delivering an incredible customer experience
• Listen to customers, use technical expertise, creativity, and troubleshooting flow to meet customer needs
• Support popular Apple products including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs, and more
