DDR Design Engineer

Requirements

• BS degree in technical discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in RTL design using Verilog or SystemVerilog
• Experience in logic design, state machines, data paths, and clock domain crossing logic
• Familiarity with logic synthesis, timing constraints, and Design For Test concepts
• Prior experience in DDR PHY design and mixed-signal environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform concept studies for digital designs
• Write detailed design specifications and test plans
• Provide high-quality RTL description and assertions
• Support design verification and ensure bug-free silicon
• Drive functional and code coverage for designs
• Support silicon bring-up, performance, and power characterization
