AIML - Sr Frontend Engineer, Data and ML Innovation

Job Description

Apple's AI and Machine Learning organization is seeking a Sr Frontend Engineer to build world-class data solutions that power Apple Foundation Model lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience building client-side web applications with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Expertise with JavaScript single page apps using React/Redux & TypeScript
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, interpreting OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, and integrating frontend systems with backend services
• Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, cookies, headers, authentication, and API documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing innovative front-end and backend software features using microservices architecture
• Analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and translating requirements into technical designs
• Adhering to best practices of software development such as agile development, code reviews, continuous integration, and automated testing
• Working closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality work on-time
