AIML - Sr Engineering Program Manager, Innovation

Job Description

Apple is looking for an outstanding Engineering Program Manager with a solid track record of driving highly cross-functional projects dependent on innovative machine learning technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products
• Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
• Experience working with data science dashboards, reporting and A/B Testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build and run project timelines with clear dependencies and critical path
• Handle risks and mitigations, re-plan as events warrant and drive alignment across the organization and between teams
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to measure quality of Apple Intelligence features
• Bring impact to billions of users with ML expertise
• Develop data collection and evaluation solutions with data science and data engineering teams
• Optimize and lead human data collection and evaluations efforts with annotation operation teams
• Develop safe data collection with engineering, privacy, and legal teams
