SoC DFT Engineer

Job Description

As a DFT engineer, you will be involved with the complete DFT solution for a design project, spanning all aspects of semiconductor design.

Requirements

• BS in relevant field
• Knowledge of Verilog and/or VHDL
• Experience with simulators and waveform debugging tools
• Experience with industry standards for DFT and design tools

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing DFT architecture
• Implementing DFT infrastructure
• Verifying DFT implementations and implementing ECOs
• Generating structural test vectors and improving coverage
• Collaborating with designers on various issues
• Bringing up test vectors on silicon
• Running schedules and supporting engineering efforts
