Requirements

• 5+ years leading security/software teams
• Excellent skills for coaching team members and fostering partnerships
• Track record of shipping pragmatic security technologies in customer-facing services or products
• Professional attitude with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules

Responsibilities

• Define and implement security solutions balancing ease of use, performance, and security
• Collaborate with Silicon Engineering group on new hardware and products
• Set new benchmarks in software assurance practices
• Transform developer experience for highest content protection
• Stay ahead of evolving threats and vulnerabilities
• Build robust recovery mechanisms for safeguarding customer data
• Guide team members to reach their full potential
