Manager/Senior Manager, Apple Education Community and Program Operations

Job Description

Lead the strategy for the platform and operations of the Apple Education Community to align products and services with the evolving needs of educators and learners globally.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in driving product development with a focus on platform development
• In-depth experience with the FileMaker platform and its ecosystem
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Apple Education Community platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
• Scale the Apple Education Community, including the learning center and forum
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize product features and improvements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
• Monitor key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on the product
• Advocate for the adoption of new technologies to maintain an innovative edge and engaging user experience
