Places – Construction Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for the design and construction of office and research and development facilities for Apple's business units in the local region.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate office construction as a project manager in North America
• Deep knowledge of the construction industry, design process, and construction practices
• Skilled in reading design and construction drawings for all disciplines
• Experience with the fast track design build construction model
• Ability to run multiple projects including equipment upgrades and modifications within occupied buildings
• Experience using cost tracking and scheduling software
• Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture degree

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project stakeholders from various teams to bring projects to fruition
• Manage and support architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors throughout project lifecycle
• Deliver capital projects meeting or exceeding quality, budget, and schedule expectations
