Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
• Strong logical thought process and analytical skill set
• Hands-on experience in system-level design
• Proficiency in FEA, MATLAB, SPICE, or similar simulation tools

Responsibilities

• Sensor technology scoping and proof-of-concept investigations
• Support product definition, market surveys, competitive analysis
• Collaborate across different technology teams for system design evaluation
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers
• Design and model sensors and modules
• Define end-to-end applications and optimize designs across disciplines
• Analyze failure modes, conduct root cause diagnosis, and system-level problem-solving
• Perform statistical data analysis and data mining
• Conduct design analysis, characterization, and validation
