Seeking an engineering program manager to lead engineering development projects within the Beats organization, focusing on Beats branded audio products.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or related disciplines
• 5+ years of program management experience in hardware and software development
• Understanding of consumer electronics system architecture
• Experience managing new product development with cross-functional engineering teams
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive early engagements on product architecture and feature definition
• Identify technical risk areas and mitigation strategies
• Manage program schedules, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies
• Lead cross-functional teams through program milestones and engineering validation activities
• Deliver executive communications and drive decision alignment across the organization
