Requirements

• BS degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong logical thought process and analytical skill set
• Hands-on experience in system-level design
• Proficiency in FEA (Comsol, ANSYS, Maxwell), MATLAB, SPICE, or similar simulation and modeling tools
• Electrical engineering background in analog and mixed-signal design

Responsibilities

• Sensor technology scoping and proof-of-concept investigations
• Support product definition, market surveys, competitive analysis
• Collaborate with different technology teams to evaluate system design options & trade-offs
• Provide cross-functional leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers
• Design and modeling of sensors & modules
• End-to-end application definition and design
• Oversee complete module design and execution
• Failure mode analysis, root cause diagnosis, and system-level problem solving
• Statistical data analysis and data mining
• Design analysis, characterization, and validation
