Data Center Hardware Engineering - Hardware Systems Architect

Job Description

The Data Center Hardware Engineering team is seeking a senior electrical integration engineer to work on projects from design conception to mass production.

Requirements

• BS in electrical or computer engineering with a minimum 8 years of relevant industry work experience
• Strong EE fundamentals and understanding of E&M physics
• Experience with PCB bringup and debug using standard EE lab equipment
• Superior communication skills for developing functional specs and documentation
• Working knowledge of design and validation requirements for common low-speed and high-speed digital interfaces

Responsibilities

• Designing, specifying, modeling, realizing, and validating high performance compute solutions
• Collaborating with multiple teams including Data Center Operations, Services Engineering, Silicon Design, and Software Engineering
• Electrical design, simulation, bringup, debug, and validation
• Supporting factory build, cross-functional collaboration, and negotiation
• Using strong documentation and communication skills for effective teamwork
