Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
• Strong logical thought process and analytical skill set
• Hands-on experience in system-level design
• Proficiency in FEA, MATLAB, SPICE, or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Sensor technology scoping and proof-of-concept investigations
• Supporting product definition, market surveys, and competitive analysis
• Collaborating with different technology teams for system design evaluation
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers
• Designing and modeling sensor modules
• Defining end-to-end applications and system design
• Overseeing module design and execution while tracking risks and schedules
• Reviewing and defining algorithms for signal and noise conditioning
• Conducting failure mode analysis, root cause diagnosis, and system-level problem solving
• Performing statistical data analysis and data mining
• Analyzing, characterizing, and validating designs
