Job Description

Operations Program Manager role at Apple responsible for launching products on time with high quality and maximum customer availability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, process engineering, or product development
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Bachelors in Engineering, a Masters in Engineering or MBA is considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead OEM Operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps
• Drive ramp readiness with Engineering, Operations and OEM teams
• Plan capacity and lead factory capital equipment budgeting
• Handle module readiness to ensure part availability, quality, and cost
• Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams
• Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness
• Lead all communications throughout the organization
• Raise key issues and options for resolution with executive teams
• Lead program readiness reviews and drive closure on design, technical, and operations issues
• Lead operations development builds onsite at suppliers and be responsible for mass production ramp up
• Present in weekly meetings with large multi-functional teams and executives
