New Product Operations Program Manager

Job Description

Apple is seeking a Natural Leader and Facilitator to join the New Product Operations team, pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple's products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in New Product Introduction, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Development, or Operations Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field: Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, Chemical, or similar

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all development builds and rapid ramps of new products
• Drive systematic phase gate approach to NPI development, program management, and ramp readiness activities
• Drive detailed schedule for key NPI equipment buy-off and validation
• Constantly assess risk and ability to 'look around the corner'
• Drive process and quality improvements to drive yield, equipment UPH, and Downtime improvement activities
