Facilities Manager

Job Description

Seeking an experienced senior facilities professional to oversee maintenance of Apple's retail stores in Houston, TX.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction/facilities management experience
• Experience with creating comprehensive Preventative Maintenance plans
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executing technical services for buildings
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Experience building relationships with various stakeholders
• Must be centrally located to major retail stores and able to travel up to 60%

Responsibilities

• Operate buildings as exceptional retail spaces
• Proactively engage and support retail stores in the region
• Conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with service providers for effective maintenance services
• Drive operational excellence across projects and programs
• Oversee budget creation and management
• Supervise commissioning agents and contractors
• Manage key service providers directly
• Collaborate with development and design teams for continuous improvements
