Operations Test Engineer

Job Description

Apple is seeking an individual with strong technical and interpersonal skills to drive efficient and robust manufacturing test solutions in new product supply chain.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience in display test station design, test development, automation test, or assembly requirement
• B.S. or M.S/PhD in Engineering, physics, Optics, Imaging science, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Drive and ensure efficient and robust manufacturing test solutions in new product supply chain
• Lead the optimization of test solutions to enhance quality and operational efficiency in production
• Improve product quality and cost by closing test gaps and correlation issues across the supply chain
• Provide direction and mentorship to third party vendors/automation suppliers and/or CM’s
• Prepare and present concise test Engineering program status updates to the Exec team on a weekly basis
