We are looking for a talented Warehousing and Logistics Engineer- Senior to join our team in Fridley, MN. The role involves ensuring safety and compliance, achieving manufacturing and business goals, enhancing equipment and processes, driving continuous improvement, developing standards and methods, influencing key stakeholders, collaborating on projects, and coaching and maintaining relationships.

Requirements

• College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience required

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with others to meet shared objectives
• Developing and delivering multi-mode communications
• Championing proactive health and safety behaviors
• Integrating product design and manufacturing equipment engineering drawings
• Selecting manufacturing equipment meeting specifications
• Using digital tools to model and simulate manufacturing processes
• Correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications
• Producing written manufacturing procedures
• Designing operator work stations
• Recognizing areas for process improvement
• Designing processes and workstations with ergonomic controls
• Solving problems using systematic analysis process
