Logistics Site Operations Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Logistics Site Operations Manager to join our team in Mississippi for our Logistics region. The role involves providing operations leadership for warehouse operations including transportation and packaging, ensuring a safe working environment, and meeting customer requirements through the Cummins Operating System.

Requirements

• B.S in applicable field, MBA preferred
• Significant level of relevant work experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for warehouse operations to drive results in safety, quality, production, and cost
• Manage service providers to ensure deliverables are met according to agreements
• Maintain clear communication with customers, suppliers, staff, stakeholders, and team members
• Lead the annual operating plan, forecasts, and measurements for PDC operations
• Manage and develop supply chain capabilities, align individual work plans with broader initiatives, and lead continuous improvement projects
• Develop and improve key performance indicators, analyze trends, and address supply chain failures promptly
