Job Description

The API Platform team at Twitch is looking for software engineers interested in building and architecting scalable, low latency and fault-tolerant APIs to power high-traffic, internet-facing services.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, a related Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience developing with static-typed languages
• Enjoy building intuitive APIs for developers
• Write high-quality code that's easy to read and understand

Responsibilities

• Work with product leaders to build and release new features
• Contribute to architectural, design, and process discussions
• Design and deliver robust real-time messaging features
• Identify and uphold engineering best practices
