Mechanical Engineer, Amazon Robotics (AR)

Job Description

Amazon Robotics is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to develop innovative hardware designs for emerging robotic systems and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• SolidWorks or similar CAD experience
• Hands-on experience crafting proof-of-concept models and prototypes
• Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering principles
• Experience evaluating design, performance, and logistical tradeoffs for hardware systems

Responsibilities

• Execute product designs from concept to production
• Partner with cross-functional teams for automation solutions
• Write requirements, functional specifications, and design verification plans
• Design and adapt holistic hardware solutions for ambiguous problems
