Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit, aiming to provide fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide. This Software Engineer role involves designing, implementing, and operating distributed systems for Kuiper environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build systems using the latest AWS technologies
• Design and Implement Distributed Cloud-based Services and APIs
• Invent new tools for software deployment, test execution, and data analysis
• Develop tools for test execution across multiple environments
• Evangelize engineering excellence best practices and mentor junior engineers
