Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 3+ years of working in simulation engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with simulation software in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and presenting results

Responsibilities

• Create and validate high-fidelity 3D models using plant simulation software
• Develop detailed process simulations for assembly sequences and ergonomics
• Conduct comprehensive simulation studies to optimize manufacturing processes
• Generate data-driven recommendations to enhance manufacturing efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present findings
