Job Description

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) in the Simple Storage Service (S3) team to work on building and managing systems at an incomparable scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build services that persist and retrieve customer data in S3's Storage team
• Design and implement new components and improvements to services
• Maintain a high level of ownership in the work done
• Work on test automation, verification processes, design, and code reviews
• Participate in on-call rotations and resolve operational issues
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design new components and solutions
