Job Description

Join our team in AWS Solutions to work on Amazon Connect, a disruptive cloud-based contact center service that leverages AI and AWS services to transform customer interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Develop the next generation contact center service
• Design and deliver scalable, resilient systems
• Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS
