Job Description

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
• 5+ years of experience in a leading Engineering role
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in leading technical collaborations and project management
• Strong technical leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders and using structured approaches to analyze and improve technical issues
• Owning the full lifecycle of improvement projects
• Prototyping, testing, and leveraging cross-functional partnerships
• Developing and owning roadmaps for solutions
