FPGA Development Engineer, Bespoke Solutions

Job Description

Amazon is seeking an FPGA Development Engineer to work on developing high-speed digital logic using the latest technology for Amazon Web Services (AWS) connectivity expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• 3+ years developing programmable logic in VHDL or Verilog for FPGA SOCs

Responsibilities

• Develop custom RTL and integrate with third party libraries for 100G+ solutions
• Collaborate with design and system engineers for new solutions
• Own interface between software and hardware by developing drivers
• Participate in design meetings, plan development, and review peer designs
• Identify new opportunities and technologies to improve customer experience
